unfortunately i'm going to have to ask you for hard evidence of your use of the name 'slack ninja' pre-2007. i'm sure you understand...
either way though, i think we'll be sweet. im pretty sure urban exploration and gang-banging are separate enough markets for brand name confusion to not be a significant issue.
